Protein Waffles
Low carb, HIGH PROTEIN waffles!

INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of high-protein Life Stage Shake®
1/4 cup egg whites (add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed for thinner consistency)
1/2 teaspoon bakin powder
1/4 teaspoon put vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Favorite berries (great with blue berries, strawberries, raspberries, black berries)
Almond butter
DIRECTIONS
Heat waffle iron
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until batter has no lumps
Spray top and bottom of waffle iron
Cook waffle and place on a plate.
Sprinkle with your favorite berries
If you need a little butter spread crazy almond butter on top.
