Ice Coffee Smoothie

 This is one of my favorite morning protein smoothie drinks!

You get a caffeine FIX, and your daily nutrients in ONE shake with our Life Stage Shake® plant-based protein powder with 22 vitamins & minerals, and a patented probiotic!

  • 1 cup black coffee, cooled in the fridge
  • 1 scoop Life Stage Shake® protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
  • Squirt of honey or vanilla extract to taste
  • 1/2 cup favorite beverage (almond milk, low-fat milk, coconut milk)
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • Blend  all the ingredients to a blender and VOILA a yummy morning pick-me-up start!

Approximately 200-300 calories depending on your beverage base.
