Berry Popsicles

SERVES:6
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1/2cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup of blackberries

1/2 cup coconut water

2 tablespoons sugar (or honey)

DIRECTIONS

Wash berries

Put into blender

Pour in coconut water

Add sugar

Blend

Pour into popsicle tray.  You can use a cup too.

Freeze for at least 8 hours

When you remove from the freezer, run cool water over outside of mold and enjoy this healthy treat!
