Plant-based PROTEIN!

Our brown rice protein is gluten-free, vegan, kosher, Non-GMO and easily digestable and free from allergens. It is lab-tested to be free from FODMAPS, and a low FODMAP diet has been shown to improve digestive issues. It can help improve heart function and regulate cholesterol. We love that it keeps you feeling full longer!!

Almond Butter

The only thing in our almond butter, are ALMONDS!  They are pressed to make a tasty fresh nutty flavor and loaded with nutrients. It is high in protein content and may increase satiety and trigger positive changes in appetite hormones.  It is high in omega-3s, vitamin E, copper, magnesium, potassium, zinc and iron.   The high fiber fills you up, and according a clinical trial published in the Journal Nutrients....almonds promte gut health by increasing the number of good bacteria in the digestive tract.

Clover Honey

We use fresh RAW honey from a family farm focused on saving the bees.  A plant-based lifestyle requires that our favorite ingredients are pollinated, and in the USA, honeybees are responsible for 80% of agricultural pollination.  Without bees there would be no natural plant-based options for the vegan.

Honeybees play an important part of a healthy food supply and Eat Like a Woman® supports saving the bees! 

We use honey as a binder, for sweetness and as a preservative (practiced for centuries before the modern days).  

Dark Cocao

We love chocolate because it tastes GREAT but it is also loaded with GOODNESS too!  Raw cacao is made by cold-pressing un-roasted cacao beans. It is rich in antioxidants.  Our cocao beans are from Peruvian farms that are certified using social and ecological sustainable practices, no refined sugar, no sugar alcohols, no preservatives and is 100% plant-based.  

Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are great sources of heart-healthy nutrients, including fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.  It is also a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids.

Freshly shredded coconut flakes

A great source of fiber, gluten-free, cholesterol free, low sodium, potassium and rich in antioxidants. The medium-chain triglycerides found in coconut are believed to increase the rate of metabolism by as much as 5% over a 24-hour period, burning fat quicker.

Quinoa Crisps

Quinoa is the MOTHER of all grains!  A GREAT source of fiber, B vitamins, calcium, iron, folate, and magnesium. It is low glycemic, gluten-free and high in antioxidants. 

Sweet Cherries

One of the only natural food sources of melatonin these freshly picked and dried under the California sun on redwood trays. The sun drying process locks in the intense fruit flavor. This cherry family farm uses natural farming techniques and embrace sustainable farming. Studies claim that consuming cherries can promote quality and quantity of sleep.
